If an adolescent needs a Level of Care Assessment and help connecting to treatment services, call St. Luke’s Penn Foundation, located in Upper Bucks, at 215-257-9999 to schedule an appointment.
Adolescents and their families can also reach out to St. Luke’s Penn Foundation's Mobile Engagement Services (MES). MES provides adolescents and their families community-based services (in-home and other non-traditional community locations), including a comprehensive drug and alcohol assessment and help with placement into treatment.
