According to the Pennsylvania Youth Survey, Bucks County students reported the highest lifetime and 30 day use rates for alcohol, marijuana and vaping. Research tells us that when young people have lower perception of risk or harm there is a higher likelihood they will engage in the behavior. It’s important to know the warning signs and have the conversation with young people early and often regarding substance use and the risks.
