Housing/Unhoused Services
Serves the homeless and those in need by providing year-long access to emergency shelter, food and other life-sustaining services. Missions include Code Blue, Those in Need, Shower Mission, AHTN Mentors and Wheels to Meals.
Bucks County Housing Authority
Provides safe, sanitary and decent affordable housing for all eligible persons, regardless of race, sex, color, age, religion, familial status, disability, handicap, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity or marital status.
Bucks County Housing Link
Housing crisis response system for families and individuals in Bucks County experiencing homelessness or at imminent risk of homelessness.
Coalition to Shelter and Support the Homeless (CSSH)
Alliance of faith-based and community service organizations assisting unsheltered adults in Central Bucks County. Code Blue Project provides overnight shelter when the temperature is below 26 degrees or there is a prediction of excessive precipitation.
Family Service Association of Bucks County Street Medicine Program
Mobile care van unit staffed with a licensed practical nurse (LPN) and case manager. Works in conjunction with Bucks County Emergency Homeless Shelter, Behavioral Health Program and the Bucks County Housing Link.
Keystones of Health Housing Supports
Proposes to add new Medicaid services to help beneficiaries without stable housing find and keep a place to live. Having stable housing makes it easier to find and use health care. These services will focus on beneficiaries with behavioral health issues and chronic conditions where health outcomes are greatly impacted by improved consistency of care and medication access.
Valley Youth House
Provides a home for vulnerable, abused and homeless youth. Services at the Bucks County shelter include case management, individual, family and group counseling, life skills education, adventure-based experiential education and recreational activities and therapeutic follow-up and aftercare services.
